Governance principles

  • A single registered office

    The company has been registered at one address since incorporation and has not moved. Correspondence, service of documents and statutory records all attach to that address.

  • Annual filings maintained

    Accounts and confirmation statements are filed with Companies House in the ordinary course. The filing history is public and can be inspected at any time without reference to us.

  • Separation of holding and operating interests

    The company holds property interests. Operating activity elsewhere in the group is conducted by separate entities, and the boundary between the two is kept deliberately clear.

  • Arm's-length professional dealings

    Solicitors, valuers, accountants and lenders are engaged on ordinary commercial terms. The company does not act for others and does not hold itself out as an adviser.
